There were just seven members on our team when we opened our doors in 1998. Even then, we had a passion for our work, tons of determination, and a clear vision of what we wanted to do and who we wanted to be.

Today, our dynamic company has over 1,700 employees worldwide. The revenue growth we've experienced has been nothing short of phenomenal. In fact, in 2009 Forbes magazine named Illumina the number one fastest growing technology company in the U.S.—ranked right above Google.
