The GoldenGate Methylation Assay Kit provides reagents for extension, ligation, clean up, and hybridization to the multi-sample array format of choice for analysis in the GoldenGate Methylation Assay.
The GoldenGate Methylation Assay requires use of a DNA Activation Kit, GoldenGate Methylation Assay Kit, Custom Oligo Pool for Methylation Assay (OMA), and Universal Array.

Whole-Genome Genotyping and Copy Number Variation Analysis
