GoldenGate Assays can be deployed on the 32-sample Universal BeadChip during the hybridization step of the GoldenGate Genotyping Assay. Instead of gene-specific sequences, beads contain universal sequences or addresses that hybridize to complementary sequences in the prepared sample. The GoldenGate Universal-32 BeadChips can be read by the iScan or HiScan System, or the BeadArray Reader.
