Assay automation for GoldenGate, Infinium, and DASL Assays streamline workflow and reduces errors. Illumina Robot Control Software, together with liquid-handling automation, enables seamless automation of sample preparation into the iScan System workflow.

Illumina Genotyping Automation Options are available for Infinium Assay post-amplification protocols and GoldenGate Assay pre- and post-PCR protocols. The LIMS-Ready Automation Option is ideally suited for managing large whole-genome association studies using the iScan System and Infinium Option Package. Liquid-handling robots are equipped with robotic arm capabilities that are barcode reader–ready for LIMS sample tracking.

The GoldenGate Genotyping and Infinium Automation Package

• This Package includes a Tecan Freedom EVO 150 liquid handler with LiHa and a PC workstation programmed with Illumina's Robot Control software

The LIMS-ready GoldenGate and Infinium Genotyping Automation Package

• This pakage includes a Tecan Freedom EVO 150 with a RoMa, custom barcode reader for scanning BeadChips, and a PosID system with barcode scanner for scanning reagents, as well as the PC workstation

The GoldenGate Genotyping Automation Upgrade Kit

• This Kit includes pre- and post-PCR automation software for qualified existing Tecan Freedom EVO or Tecan Genesis RSP liquid handlers

The Infinium Automation Upgrade Kit

• This kit includes Infinium Robot Control Software for Tecan Freedom EVO or Tecan Genesis RSP liquid handlers
