Every BeadXpress Reader has a comprehensive 12-month warranty which includes a scheduled preventative maintenance service, unlimited replacement parts, and emergency service calls. After the first year, Illumina offers four options to extend warranty coverage for 12 months at a time.

Choose to cover the cost of parts only, pay for additional scheduled preventative maintenance visits, or purchase the ultimate security with a comprehensive package that guarantees minimal down time and priority response, as well as unlimited parts and emergency service.

• Premium and Plus Extended warranties both provide full coverage on parts, a yearly preventative maintenance visit, critical and non-critical upgrades, demonstrations, and applications training
• Premium coverage provides an additional maintenance visit, a faster on-site response time, unlimited web-ex access, and extended training
• Basic coverage provides half-price on parts, one preventative maintenance visit per year or one emergency on-site visit per year, critical upgrades, demonstrations, and software installations
• Parts Only Extended warranty provides full coverage for parts with a 5-day average on-site response time. Labor not included.
