Illumina's Certified Service Provider (CSPro) Program is a collaborative service partnership dedicated to ensuring the delivery of the highest-quality data available for genetic analysis applications. Illumina CSPro certification provides a competitive advantage for service providers and ensures that customers who use Illumina CSPro services receive the industry-leading data quality and service they have come to expect from Illumina. To find out more about an Illumina CSPro organization, click on the links in the scrollable list below.
CSPro is a service partnership established between Illumina and service provider laboratories designed to help insure your success in providing your customers with the highest-quality genetic analysis services using Illumina's leading-edge technology. This program is much more than a "legal agreement to exchange logos" or a "pricing agreement". CSPro is about partnership and collaboration. It is the beginning of an ongoing relationship that continues well past certification.
Becoming a CSPro is a very simple, three-phase process.
A Field Application Scientist will partner with you through the entire process, administering the written assay test and reviewing the minimum data generation required for certification.
A Field Application Scientist will partner with you during the entire certification process. He or she will coordinate the shipment of reagents and kits needed for data generation, verify results, and be on-site for the final audit.
This phase begins with receipt of a Welcome Package explaining how you can take advantage of the benefits of being a CSPro. We will begin discussions about co-marketing activities for the rest of the year. You'll also receive your promotion code, allowing you to recoup your initial investment as the program is cost-neutral. Please note that recertification is an annual process and is accompanied by an audit.
Once certification is complete, CSPro laboratories receive a Welcome Package containing co-branded CSPro flyers with the laboratory's contact information, logo, and description (250 copies), lab signs, polo shirts for laboratory staff, and Illumina product literature (per request). The lab is also listed on the Illumina CSPro website. In addition, each CSPro group receives three co-marketing activities per 12-month period (dated from the date of first certification). Co-marketing activities can include creation of a custom flyer, a feature article in Illumina's iCommunity e-newsletter, a co-promotional package at a trade show, email blasts, additional technical training, sponsorships, open house, workshops, etc. The possibilities are endless.
