Infinium Chemistry This high-level overview of the Infinium assay provides the building block for more in-depth Infinium assay trainings. It does not contain protocol-specific steps or reagent names. Supplemental training will be made available to cover the specific protocol steps, user techniques, and lab best-practices. 25–30 min
Infinium Genotyping Data Analysis An introduction to creating and managing an Infinium clustering file in the GenomeStudio software. Details the Illumina recommended workflow. 40 min
Genome Analyzer Pipeline 1.4 An introduction to the Genome Analyzer Pipeline analysis software including an overview of Genome Analyzer processes, tips for running the Pipeline software and interpreting the output, and a discussion of Pipeline components. 40 min

Introduction to GenomeStudio RNA Sequencing Module An introduction to the key functionality and features of the GenomeStudio RNA Sequencing module, including an overview of the GenomeStudio workflow and reporting features, and tips for creating a new RNA Sequencing project, navigating and organizing RNA sequence data, and exporting data. 20 min
SCS 2.5 An overview of the new features offered by the Illumina Sequencing Control Software (SCS) v2.5. This course is intended for current users of SCS v2.3 or v2.4 that will be upgrading to v2.5. 15 min
Introduction to Illumina LIMS This training is intended for lab technicians and lab managers who are using Illumina LIMS, and IT personnel who are administering the system. It includes an introduction to Illumina LIMS, the Illumina LIMS Project Manager, and Illumina LIMS Database. The demonstration then focuses on creating specific types of projects using Illumina LIMS. You may focus on creating either Infinium Whole-Genome Genotyping Projects or GoldenGate Genotyping Projects (including the Thermocycler Control Software). 90 min
