This protocol captures custom sequences of a human DNA library that was prepared using a Illumina TruSeq DNA Sample Preparation Kit (v1 or v2). Reagents provided in the TruSeq Custom Enrichment Kits subsequently prepare the library for sequencing targeted regions on the Illumina sequencing platform. The goal is to enrich for sequences in a solution using two rounds of hybridizations. The enrichment protocol offers:
- Simple and scalable workflow with master-mixed reagents coupled with plate-based processing for up to 1152 samples in one 96-well plate
- Cost-effective enrichment sequencing, including pre-enrichment pooling of up to 12 samples
- An integrated solution optimized for use with TruSeq DNA Sample Preparation kits to provide convenient end-to-end enrichment sequencing
- High efficiency enrichment sequencing with the most comprehensive enrichment coverage, highest uniformity, and lowest DNA input requirement
- Custom Selected Oligos included
