System Description

The Eco System delivers highly accurate Real-Time PCR results, combining a proprietary thermal system for unrivaled temperature control and a sensitive optical system to facilitate all four-color multiplex applications. Its icon-driven user interface simplifies experimental design and setup, while a straightforward workflow streamlines operation to three easy steps: load samples into the 48-well plate, place the plate into the Eco instrument, and run.

Eco evaluation plate

The 48-well Eco evaluation plate is pre-loaded with primers and template DNA stabilized in dry-down format in each well. The addition of 20ml of 1X SYBR Green Reagent is required to perform an evaluation test.

The LED illuminated sample loading dock assists sample loading into the Eco plate. An adhesive seal applicator forms a tight seal between the seal and plate. Includes two plate adapters for standard centrifuge plate holders.
