cBot
cBot is the next generation of workflow improvements for Illumina sequencing. cBot is a revolutionary automated system that creates clonal clusters from single molecule DNA templates, preparing them for sequencing by synthesis on the HiSeq 2000, HiSeq 1000, HiScanSQ, and Genome Analyzer IIx.

Cluster Station
The Cluster Station hybridizes samples (libraries of DNA or RNA with Illumina-supplied adapter sequences ligated onto both ends) onto a flow cell and amplifies them for later sequencing on the Genome Analyzer.
