TruSeq Cluster Generation
Illumina's TruSeq chemistry is employed to generate clonal clusters of DNA amplified from a library of size-selected fragments. To optimize accuracy of this step, high-fidelity enzymes are used for all DNA copy steps. The TruSeq v3 cluster generation reagents (available soon) contain an optimized kit composition that helps to minimize bias and achieve high coverage uniformity.
