This webinar provides an overview of the NextSeq™ 1000/2000 sequencing platform, including index color balancing considerations for both Standard and XLEAP-SBS workflows, as well as a summary of recent Control Software upgrades.
We will briefly review pre-run requirements, explore the different run modes available, and discuss run monitoring best practices. This session is designed as a refresher course to help users reinforce their understanding of the platform and its key operational aspects.
