Infinium Hardware Kits

These kits include the hardware and accessories needed to process multiple BeadChip array samples in parallel.

Overview

Infinium Hardware Kits support customers new to the Infinium assay workflow. These starter kits include key hardware and accessory components needed to process multiple BeadChip microarray samples in parallel. Kit options are conveniently organized by:

Both HTS and HD starter kits are available in 8 BeadChip batches (low throughput) or in 24 BeadChip batches (standard throughput). For higher batch sizes, multiples of each kit will be required.

These kits include installation, training, and a one-year warranty, but do not include the iScan microarray scanning system, AutoLoader device, and automation robot.

*The Infinium HTS Assay enables the DNA analysis of up to 750,000 SNPs and CNV markers per sample.

The Infinium HD Assay enables the DNA analysis of up to 300,000 SNPs and CNV markers per sample.

Required products

Infinium HTS Starter Kits are for use with HTS assay BeadChips, such as Global Screening Arrays.

Infinium HD Starter Kits are for use with HD assay, such as EPIC arrays. 

 

For customers wanting to run BeadChips from two different assays, XCG Glass Back Plate (Catalog no. 20011756), Infinium TeFlow Chamber (Catalog no. WG-10-202), and Infinium HD TeFlow Chamber Spacers (Catalog no. WG-10-203) are sold separately and should be purchased in addition to an Infinium HTS or HD Starter Kit.
