패널은 혈장의 cfDNA를 위해 설계되었으며, 4가지 유형의 변이체, 즉 단일 염기서열 변이(SNV), 작은 삽입/결실(indel) 변이, 복제 수 증폭(CNA) 및 현미부수체 불안정성(MSI)을 검출할 수 있습니다.
이 assay는 효율적인 단일 튜브 표적 인리치먼트(Target Enrichment)를 위한 타일링된 앰플리콘 기반 라이브러리 준비 chemistry인 Illumina의 독자적인 Stem Loop Inhibition-Mediated 증폭(SLIMamp) 기술을 사용합니다.
