Illumina Cell-Free DNA Prep with Enrichment는 세포유리 DNA(cfDNA) 샘플에서 풍부도가 낮은 돌연변이를 검출하기 위한 고감도 라이브러리 준비 솔루션입니다. 워크플로우에는 오류 수정 및 위양성(false positive) 감소를 위한 고유한 분자 식별자(UMI)가 포함되어 있어 저빈도 돌연변이를 정확하고 높은 민감도로 검출할 수 있습니다. Illumina의 가장 빠르고, 가장 품질이 우수하며, 가장 견고한 sequencing by synthesis(SBS)인 XLEAP-SBS chemistry를 이제 NextSeq 2000(P4 플로우 셀) 및 NovaSeq X 시스템에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
