Overview

The HT1 Hybridization Buffer is an Illumina reagent designed for diluting denatured libraries and the PhiX control library to ensure the proper loading concentration for binding to the flow cells. In addition to diluting denatured libraries, the buffer is also used to dilute custom primers before adding to the cluster cartridge.
