The oncoReveal Lymphoid Panel is a robust NGS research assay designed to interrogate 84 genes relevant lymphoid cancers. The panel uses proprietary Stem-Loop Inhibition-Mediated amplification (SLIMamp) technology, a tiled amplicon-based library prep chemistry for efficient single-tube target enrichment.
The panel is designed to detect single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertion/deletions (indels), and internal tandem duplicates (ITDs) in DNA isolated from whole blood, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), white blood cells (WBC), or bone marrow.
The panel uses proprietary Stem-Loop Inhibition-Mediated amplification (SLIMamp) technology, a tiled amplicon-based library prep chemistry for efficient single-tube target enrichment.
Limited hands-on time and optional stopping points allow sample batching efficiencies and operational flexibility. Analysis supported by DRAGEN and Illumina Connected Insights.
