Overview

The AmpliSeq for Illumina Custom RNA Fusion Panel enables detection of fusion genes and gene expression profiling in 12 to 1200 gene targets in a single assay. Targeted panels can be designed from a menu of over 1000 well-annotated fusion genes and > 20,000 human RefSeq genes using DesignStudio—a web-based assay design software tool.

Required Products

The AmpliSeq for Illumina library preparation workflow requires a panel, library prep reagents (Library Plus), and indexes. Accessory products are also available for FFPE sample prep, cDNA synthesis, and library normalization.

AmpliSeq cDNA Synthesis for Illumina is required to convert total RNA to cDNA when working with AmpliSeq for Illumina RNA Panels.

AmpliSeq Library Equalizer for Illumina is an easy-to-use solution for normalizing libraries while using AmpliSeq for Illumina library prep methods.
