The Pillar oncoReveal Fusion LBx Panel is a robust NGS assay designed to interrogate 18 driver genes and over 80 partners relevant across multiple solid tumor types using cell-free RNA (cfRNA) isolated from plasma.
This focused panel can detect gene rearrangements from fusion transcripts (cfRNA) isolated from plasma.
The assay uses proprietary Stem-Loop Inhibition-Mediated amplification (SLIMamp) technology, a tiled amplicon-based library prep chemistry for efficient single-tube target enrichment.
The workflow allows labs to maintain control of samples and results with single-tube, tiled amplification that can be performed in-house by any NGS lab.
